What is the Curly Girl Method? A routine that keeps natural curls healthy, hydrated and defined by avoiding sulphates, silicones and drying alcohols, and emphasising moisture, gentle handling and consistent styling.

What do I need to start? At minimum a sulphate-free shampoo, a rich silicone-free conditioner, a leave-in, a styling gel or mousse, and a microfibre towel or t-shirt for plopping.

Is it good for colour-treated hair? Yes, it actively supports colour longevity because it avoids sulphates that strip pigment. If you have had a keratin or smoothing treatment, ask us before using strong clarifying shampoos.
