RETURNS POLICY
At Sable Boutique, we carefully curate every product we stock so we’re confident you’ll love your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We offer 30 days to request a return from the date your order is fulfilled.
Please note:
• Returns are issued as store credit only
• Sale items are not eligible for return
• Return courier costs are your responsibility
• A tracking number must be provided
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
We’ve made things simple.
To request a return, please submit your request through our online returns portal within 30 days of fulfilment - CLICK HERE FOR RETURNS PORTAL
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to courier your item(s) back to us.
Please ensure your item(s) are:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resaleable condition
Returns sent without approval through our portal cannot be accepted.
All return parcels must be sent via courier with tracking, as we are unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit.
DAMAGES OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately at hello@sable.co.nz so we can resolve this promptly.
If your product arrives damaged or is defective we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the product will be replaced promptly.
If this has happened to your order, please send us an email at hello@sable.co.nz with your order number and pictures of the damaged product.
You will need to hold onto the damaged product while the returns claim is under process. DO NOT DISPOSE OR RETURN THE DAMAGED PRODUCT, unless told otherwise.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We are unable to accept returns on:
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
• Used or opened products
• Items not in original packaging
STORE CREDIT
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, store credit will be issued to you. Store credit can be used online and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order once your return has been approved and store credit issued.
We only offer direct exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.
