Magnesium is behind more than 300 processes in the body, and most of us run low. Salt Lab delivers it through the skin instead of a pill, using pure magnesium chloride that absorbs where you need it. The range covers the whole day, from a fast absorbing oil spray for your nightly wind down to a 33% muscle cream for sore muscles and cramps, a magnesium bath soak, a gentle body care trio, and a kids line for calmer bedtimes.

How to choose your Salt Lab magnesium
New to magnesium? Start with the Magnesium Oil Spray. Sore, tight muscles or leg cramps? Reach for the high strength Muscle Repair Cream. After a weekly reset? Add a handful of the Magnesium Bath Salts to a warm soak. Want magnesium built into the shower? The Hand and Body Wash, Body Scrub and Body Butter cleanse, buff and hydrate without stripping. Settling little ones? The gentler Kids Magnesium Oil Spray and Kids Bubble Bath were made for bath and bedtime.

How to use
Spray the Magnesium Oil straight onto legs, shoulders or the soles of your feet and massage in, ideally before bed. Massage the Muscle Repair Cream into sore or tight areas as needed. For the bath salts, add a handful to a warm bath and have a long soak.
