Any orders received will be processed by our distribution team. 
Their hours are Tuesday - Friday not including any public holidays.
Any orders received from 2pm Friday - Monday will be sent out on Tuesday.
If a Public Holiday falls on a Monday, we may be closed on the Tuesday so orders will be dispatched Wednesday (you know we deserve it 😉 ).

We love Dave our courier.

If you have a rural address your local Postie will sign for it on your behalf and you will expect delivery of your parcel the following day.
 
International Orders
We are unable to ship hair products overseas.
Please email us if you would like us to quote shipping costs of beauty and hair accessories.

Your dispatch confirmation email will display your tracking number.

New Zealand Orders

Your parcel has been sent via NZ Couriers in a courier bag or box. This package is traced through the NZ Couriers tracking system and you can follow your parcels status using the tracking number sent via email.

Your email will show a PDP Tracking number.

Delivery should be 1-4 days once your order is fulfilled (Allow extra time for Rural Delivery and any disruptions that occur nationwide).
