Why choose a soap bar?
A good bar of soap does two jobs a pump bottle cannot. It lasts longer, and it takes one more piece of single use plastic out of the bathroom. The bars in this collection are 100% triple milled, the traditional method that presses the soap three times so it holds its shape, lathers properly and does not go soft on the edge of the basin after a fortnight. Every one is made with pure vegetable oil, enriched with shea butter (Butyrospermum Parkii), vegan friendly, never tested on animals, and free from parabens and SLS.
How to choose the right soap
Start with the format. The large 190g bars are for everyday washing, at the kitchen sink, in the shower, or on a guest basin where the soap is on show. The boxed mini soaps hold three heart shaped bars in a cracker shaped box, so they are made for giving rather than for a fortnight of hand washing.
Then pick the scent. Mint to Be is cool crushed mint if you want something to wake up with, Squeeze the Day is zesty lemon, and Jam Packed is berries and vanilla. Just Peachy, Olive You, Passionfruit Martini and Fresh as a Daisy fill in the rest. On the boxed minis, Chateau is a soft violet and cherry blossom floral, while Nutcracker and Crimson Velvet lean festive.
