Fine hair about once a month; thick or highly textured hair can use it weekly. It never weighs hair down.
Where in my routine does it go?
Use it between the Iles Shampoo and Conditioner, leave for 5–20 minutes, then rinse.

Yes. It nourishes hair and scalp without residue, so it suits coloured, chemically treated and even the finest hair.
