WET HAIR: On wet hair, dispense the appropriate amount of body/hair wash into the palm of one hand and, using the fingers of the other hand, take a little at a time and apply it to the scalp, massaging with fingertips in circular motions. Continue massaging for a couple of minutes until a creamy lather is formed. Proceed with rinsing. If necessary, repeat the wash.

WET BODY: On wet body, dispense the appropriate amount of body/hair wash onto your hands and massage onto the body with circular motions. Proceed with rinsing.
