1. Start with slightly damp hair – giving it a little spritz with water or styling spray. Split your hair into two sections and pop the curling band over the top of your head. Clip it in place so it stays snug.

2. Grab a 1–2 inch section of hair from the front and start wrapping it away from your face around the band. Keep adding more hair as you go – kind of like a French braid, but way easier!

3. The tighter you wrap, the bouncier the curls – so wrap it snug if you’re after definition. Keep wrapping until all your hair is around the band, then secure the ends with the scrunchie.

4. Repeat on the other side until all hair is wrapped and secured around the band.

5. Then take the two loose ends of the band, criss-cross them behind your head, and tie a little knot on top like a headband moment.

6. Let the magic happen! Leave your hair wrapped for 3–6 hours (or overnight for max curl power). When you're ready, gently unwind, finger-comb your curls, and finish with your go-to product for extra hold or shine.
