It also doesn't generate loads of suds on the first wash; that's because it's removing a deeper level of buildup and debris. If you're looking for a high-lather experience, simply rinse and repeat. (Remember, local water quality can also affect how shampoo performs.)

How frequently should I use the shampoo? Do I need to follow with Conditioner?

And its quat-free formula clears the way for optimal performance of our quat-free Healthy Hair Conditioner; the duo was designed to work in unison.
