How Does It Work?
The soft foam lifts away impurities, makeup and excess oil without stripping the skin, while vitamin B5 (panthenol) and allantoin keep the delicate eye area hydrated and comfortable. A clean, oil-free base is the single biggest factor in even, long-lasting tint results.
