Things To Know Before You Book
It's important to arrive at your hair colour appointment with clean hair, free from heavy product buildup. This will help ensure that your colour takes evenly and produces the best possible results.
If you get lots of stainage during the colouring process, it's recommended to wash your hair at least 24 hours before your next appointment. This will allow your scalp to produce natural oils that can protect your hair during the coloring process, while also ensuring that your hair is clean enough for the colour to adhere properly.
Dress appropriately - It's important to dress appropriately and considerately for a hair colour appointment to avoid any unwanted colour stains on your clothing. Wearing the right clothing can help ensure that the colour application process goes smoothly and stress free.
Try and chose clothes with little or no collar.
Turn up on time. We have allocated a time for you and would hate to cut your service short if we don’t have enough time.
Feel free to bring photos. Stylist like to see what you are expecting. Bring more than one, so they can see what trends you are after. Don’t be distracted by a stunning model, google the celebrity going to the supermarket!
It's also important to allow plenty of time for your appointment. If you're in a rush, you might not end up with the beautiful result you were hoping for.
And finally, if you're unsure about anything or just want to have a chat with your stylist beforehand, it's always a good idea to book a consultation. This way, you can talk through your ideas and make sure you're both on the same page before the big day.

Any cancellations or changes within 24 hours of the appointment may occur a cancellation charge.
We require a deposit for all online KeraSilk bookings to help us out with any last minute no shows.If you fail to show up to your appointment this deposit will be withheld as a cancellation fee.
Notification of appointment change within 24hrs of appointment time we will refund you 50% of your deposit.
If you notify us of appointment changes more than 24hrs before your appointment, 100% of your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment time or refunded. Deposit amounts vary between cut and colour services.
