We are now offering Refill options on some of our range of shampoos and conditioners.

Your refill comes in a pouch with a screw lid and the option of a return courier bag and ticket.

How do Refills work?

1. You purchase a NEW Refill + Courier Ticket. We will send you your chosen product to fill your bottle. We will include a Courier Sticker and a link to book courier when you are ready.

2. Once empty pop the pouch back into courier bag, book courier by using the link sent or by calling NZ Couriers on 0800 800 841

3. Next step is to go online and select 475ml RETURN Refill + Courier Ticket for Return and once received by us we will refill your pouch and put it back on the courier along with a Courier Sticker for you to return and repeat the process over and over!
