Henné Organics is Luxury Lip Care

We have been looking to add a lip range to Sable Boutique for a while now. We waited patiently for a brilliant brand to come our way and we are delighted to introduce you to Henné Organics.

It's a Swedish inspired, American made lip range founded back in 2015, born out of the desire to have a little bit of eco-luxury into their every day. It's got a modern, minimalistic aesthetic but Henné is a full lip care range, bringing to your lips something extraordinary.

 Henné which means her inSwedish is a dedication to the modern woman but also paying homage to the brand's Swedish roots. All the products are lovingly handcrafted and housed in the beautiful coastal city of Wilmington North Carolina.

 Now where to start with this range? Exfoliator.
Naturally when you think about skincare and your morning routine you often will start with an exfoliator. Henné organics has three different lip exfoliator flavours, Rose Diamond, Nordic Berries and Lavender Mint.

Each exfoliator is made out of delicate sugar crystals which you should gently scrub onto your lips, it will leave them feeling fresh and smooth. It does this by eliminating any dead skin cells on your lips and leave them with that beautiful polished finish. It is super easy to use! Just apply to damp lips and gently massage. You can rinse with warm water or a wet cloth. We recommend you only use this around three times a week.

We are introducing you to the gold standard in lip care and this Lip Serum is a prime and literal example. Its stunning glass bottle with a 24k gold plated roller is a real game changer. Think of a serum as you would products in your facial regime, really targeting getting as much goodness into your lips as possible. Some amazing oils We've never heard until this product is the likes of cloudberry and the lingonberry seed oil which are said to be time defying, we'll be putting this all over our face soon! All the ingredients in the serum are brimming with antioxidants and essential fatty acid's to keep your lips silky smooth. Did we mention that it was also designed to help firm your lips and reduce the appearance of fine lines? Now we have.
It's so easy to use just make sure to gently shake the bottle, apply to 3 layers onto the lips and wait a few minutes for the serum to fully absorb before you move onto the mask. You can use the serum on your lips a couple of times a day so we recommend once in the morning and again in the evening. Pair with the exfoliator beforehand to make sure that your lips are fully flake free so that the serum can absorb directly into the lips and you are getting the most out of the product!

 Now onto the hero product, the Lip Mask. This is what they talk about when people say self care. A rejuvenating lip mask full of beautiful ingredients like Sea  Buckthorn and Evening Primrose that will help restore and soothe your lips. The fragrance is a sweet citrus and it just helps enliven your senses. You'll find the treatment is both luxurious and indispensable. The lip mask is not to be confused with the Lip Balm. This product is truly to give your lips the best fighting chance to be both plump and moisturised. We recommend that you apply a thick layer of the mask on to your lips, leave it for 15 to 30 minutes and then all you have to do is gently remove with a tissue all you'll find that your lips are supple and hydrated.

Once you're finished your lip regime you want to move onto the Luxury Lip Balm. Exciting news is that the balm comes in a sleek black tube as well as in the pottle. Filled with the cleanest certified organic ingredients available to ensure the highest level of efficacy. The slim metal tube makes it the perfect daytime or on the go balm where the pottle can sit pretty at home.
All you need to do is apply a few layers and reapply when needed. It is unscented and essential oil free so it's ideal for sensitive lips. You can always just exfoliate and jump straight to the lip balm if you want.

Last but not least, The Lip Tints.

Apply one layer for a sheer hint of colour or add additional layers for a more opaque look.These gorgeous lip tints provide both the perfect touch of colour as well as moisture for the lips with organic oils such as castor, coconut and avocado.

2-Step Routine (Smoothen + Soften/Hydrate)

Products needed: Lip Serum, Lip Mask
How often: Daily
Time required: 15-30 minutes
Ideal for: The focus is anti-aging (as this is the ultimate time-defying lip duo)

1. Apply a couple layers of the Lip Serum. Wait a few minutes for it to fully absorb.

2. Put on a thick layer of the Lip Mask to lock in all the Lip Serum goodness. For daytime, leave it on for 15-30 minutes and then gently wipe it off with a tissue. For evening, leave it on overnight.

Result: Smooth, youthful, hydrated lips.

 

3-Step Routine (Exfoliate, Smoothen, Soften)

Products needed: Lip Exfoliator, Lip Serum, Lip Mask
How often: 3-4 times per week (ideal for evening/bedtime)
Time required: 7 minutes or less
Ideal for: Evening/bedtime

1. Scoop out a pea sized amount of the exfoliator and apply to damp lips. Gently massage in a circular motion for about 30 seconds. Rinse with warm water.

2. Apply a couple layers of the Lip Serum. Wait a few minutes for it to fully absorb.

3. Put on a thick layer of the Lip Mask. Leave it on overnight.

Result: Flake-free lips ensure that the Lip Serum and Lip Mask are hard at work on smoothening and hydrating new skin on the lips.

 

3-Step Routine II (Hydrate/Soften, Anti-Aging, Moisturise)

Products needed: Lip Mask, Lip Serum, Luxury Lip Balm
How often: Daily (ideal for evening/bedtime)
Time required: 15-30 minutes
Note: Those with delicate pillowcases (the Lip Mask can stain if you roll around too much when you sleep)

1. Put on a thick layer of the Lip Mask. Leave on for 15-30 minutes. Gently wipe off the lips with a tissue.

2. Apply a couple layers of the Lip Serum. Wait a few minutes for it to fully absorb.

3. Apply a thick layer of the Luxury Lip Balm to lock in the benefits of the Lip Serum. Leave it on overnight.

Result: The mask softens and hydrates the lips, the serum provides a layer of anti-aging oils, and the balm seals in everything so your lips can work their magic overnight

 

4-Step Routine (Exfoliate, Treatment, Anti-Aging, Moisturise)

Products needed: Lip Exfoliator, Lip Mask, Lip Serum, Luxury Lip Balm
How often: 3-4 times per week (ideal for evening/bedtime)
Time required: 15-30 minutes
Ideal for: When you've got too much dry/dead skin on the lips
