Step 1: At least once a week, shampoo, rinse and pour the Scalp Therapy crystals across a wet palm. Rub hands together, adding water to dissolve the crystals.
Step 2: Massage thoroughly into the scalp, paying special attention to affected areas, and leave for 5 to 7 minutes.
Step 3: Shampoo, rinse thoroughly, then apply conditioner and rinse again.
