A noticeable change in my deep sleep after only 10 nights of applying to the soles of my feet.
I sleep deeper than I have since having my babies! Even though I'm still woken up during the night I fall back asleep way quicker and wake up feeling more rested.
This spray unfortunately had no effect and helped with nothing.

So far I have had positive results. I spray on my abdomen & it seems to help with relaxation. I have sleep issues. I tried spraying it on my legs but they itched too much. I’ll try again after I used it for a while.

Use this every second day. Brilliant for feet and calf muscles massage put some socks on after till dry. Will tingle a little when my body is low in magnesium. Even put a little in my hands and gently massage into my scalp and is slowing grey hair. Amazing if you haven’t had enough magnesium in your diet that day. Prefer this method rather than supermarket supplements. Really does last and can be used by the whole family. Helps when including exercise and a low processed food diet.

The magnesium oil spray does nothing and it also leaves a really horrible feel on the skin that transfers to the sheet. I purchased to help with restless legs and sleep and have consistently used it for a week with no results whatsoever. :(
Oh no. So sorry it wasn't as what you've expected it. It does help to massage the products as it absorbs and then cover the feet with socks after. :)

I am in perimenopause and have trouble sleeping so thought I would give this ago. Well...all I can say is WOW! I am not only sleeping better but if I spray this on my aching shoulders and back, the pain seems to disappear! I truly wasn't holding my breath for any noticeable results, but it has helped me alot. So yes I would definitely recommend xx

I was completely desperate and thought I will give this a go after I have studied this product and read everyone's reviews. My hubby has extremely restless legs but not just restless, it goes in little spasms the whole night. It got so bad that I could not sleep anymore and went to sleep in the spare bedroom. I always think to myself I do not know how his body can be rested the next day as it is Literally the first night of spraying this on him (I sprayed everywhere out of desperation - his feet, tummy, back, front legs and back legs) and since I started spraying him all the spasms are GONE!!!
I could not believe it. I obviously sprayed my tummy and feet as well and after about 30min I can just feel how by body relaxes and have been sleeping great! I sometimes even wake up in the exact position I fell asleep. Please get this product for you or your loved ones if they have restless legs. This was seriously a life changer and a turning point for us both.
